Hi Human Behave is a listening-first project built around one question: why do we do the things we do? Each episode takes a real behavior (habits, attention, emotions, motivation, avoidance, self-sabotage, and the stuff underneath it) and turns it into something you can actually use.
Two ways to learn the same idea
Most people don’t struggle because they never hear good ideas. They struggle because the idea arrives once… then evaporates. So we built a bi-modal system: two complementary modes that deliver the same concept in different ways, on purpose.

Mode 1: Clarity (Awake Listening)
This is the fast, focused pass. You get the core idea, the “why,” and the practical hook — the part you can notice in your day. It’s designed for moments when you want insight without committing to a long session. -
Mode 2: Reinforcement (Wind-Down Listening)
This is the slower pass. Same theme, more space, more repetition, more room for the idea to sink in. It’s made for nights, naps, walks, or any time you want something calm and easy to follow.
Note: “Bi-modal” here means two intentional formats — not a promise of sleep magic. If you doze off, great. If you stay awake, also great. The point is a gentler second exposure that’s easy to repeat.
